Service Description

Think something is off with you, your home, or a specific object but you're not sure? Need help with your spiritual journey but you don't know where to start? Unsure if you might need to book a Spiritual Hygiene Session or a Spirit Removal Session? Book a consultation! Consultations are a combination of divination and an assessment, usually lasting around 45 mins. As part of the consultation, Lailani will consult with spirits by conducting a divination session, and will review your case and your history. Lailani may also need to handle specific items and/or visit specific locations to further assess the situation. Consultation gets to the root of a spiritual problem or need in a practical way. Upon completion, Lailani can point you towards the right service. If the issue is simple enough, a consultation may even suffice in lieu of more involved services/spiritual work. If a further service such as a Spiritual Hygiene Session or Spirit Removal is required, the consultation will count towards the overall fee for that service. Consultations can be done online but may need to be done in person in certain cases.

Cancellation Policy

Pre-paid appointments for readings and consultations will be fully refunded ONLY if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments can also be rescheduled during that window at no additional cost. Appointments altered with less than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled for a $10 fee. Outright cancelations within this time frame and no-call/no-shows will not be refunded. A more detailed breakdown of terms and conditions can be found in our Store Policies. ​ Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds/returns on physical products (oils, powders, tinctures, waters, etc.).
